KNOX COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS * UNTIL 730 AM CDT * AT 338 AM CDT...STREET WERE REPORTED FLOODED IN GALESBURG BY THE COUNTY SHERIFF. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER THE AREA SINCE MIDNIGHT. * ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL DEVELOP OVER THE AREA. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
