THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN DE WITT COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 352 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN EAST OF WAPELLA. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN
  HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 230 AM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
  EASTERN DE WITT COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM    
  2 TO 4 INCHES BY 500 AM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY 
  PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODS. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT AT NIGHT TO JUDGE HOW
