KNOX COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 320 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS A LARGE PART OF KNOX COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN KNOX COUNTY SINCE EARLY AFTERNOON. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN KNOX COUNTY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS EVENING.
