THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SCOTT COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  MORGAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 515 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING ACROSS 
  NORTHEASTERN SCOTT COUNTY AND NORTHERN MORGAN COUNTY LATE THIS 
  AFTERNOON. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UPWARDS OF 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
  FALLEN ACROSS THE REGION SINCE 4 PM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
  PORTIONS OF SCOTT AND MORGAN COUNTIES WITH UPWARDS OF 5 INCHES 
  LIKELY BY EVENING. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE 
  FLASH FLOODING.
