* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SHELBY COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 900 AM CDT

* AT 503 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  RAINFALL OF UP TO 1 INCH HAS OCCURRED 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
  PANA.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IS EXPECTED ACROSS
  SHELBY COUNTY OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. 

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS 
  SHELBY COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM 1 TO 3
  INCHES BY 700 AM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE 
  FLASH FLOODING.
