THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EDGAR COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT

* AT 1038 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF EDGAR
  COUNTY. 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS BEEN ESTIMATED 
  SINCE 8 PM.

* ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL 
  CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS EDGAR COUNTY. ADDITIONAL
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES THROUGH 
  3 AM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
