THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MOULTRIE COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  DOUGLAS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 504 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA SINCE MIDNIGHT. RADAR
  WAS ESTIMATING TOTAL RAINFALL APPROACHING 2 INCHES.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
  AREA. RAINFALL RATES THROUGH 7 AM COULD EXCEED AN INCH AN HOUR. 
  THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
