LEWIS COUNTY IN KENTUCKY... * UNTIL 1045 AM EST... * WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN APPROACHING SOUTHERN LEWIS COUNTY. THIS AREA HAD ALREADY RECEIVED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVERNIGHT.
