MIAMI COUNTY IN OHIO... CLARK COUNTY IN OHIO... MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN OHIO... * UNTIL 915 AM EDT... * WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING ACROSS MONTGOMERY...SOUTHEAST MIAMI AND WESTERN CLARK COUNTIES. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT SEVERAL CARS WERE STUCK IN HIGH WATER AND MAN HOLE COVERS WERE BEING DISPLACED DUE TO THE HIGH WATER IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY. RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN BETWEEN 5 AND 6 AM. ADDITIONAL MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING COULD BRING ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WHICH WOULD CAUSE EVEN MORE SERIOUS FLOODING. * SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE... DAYTON... ENON... HUBER HEIGHTS... KETTERING... MIAMISBURG... MORAINE... NEW CARLISLE... NORTHRIDGE... OAKWOOD... TIPP CITY... TROTWOOD... VANDALIA... WEST CARROLLTON... A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
