RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED AREA HAS ENDED OR BECOME SCATTERED. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP TO A QUARTER INCH AN HOUR WILL MOVE BACK INTO THE AREA BY EARLY AFTERNOON. BUT THIS WILL NOT BE ENOUGH TO WORSEN ANY EXISTING FLOODING. USE CAUTION TRAVELING THROUGH THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS...AS THERE IS LIKELY SOME RESIDUAL LOW LYING FLOODING.
