BRUNSWICK COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 615 PM EDT * AT 542 PM EDT...BRUNSWICK COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS REPORTED A WATERSPOUT NEAR THE SHALLOTTE RIVER. THIS WATERSPOUT COULD EASILY MOVE ONSHORE AS A TORNADO. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
