* AT 735 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 16 MILES SOUTH OF
  RUSSELL...OR 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF HOISINGTON...MOVING EAST AT 25
  MPH. THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
