* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NEOSHO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS
  MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS
  LABETTE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 401 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS   
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AT THE RATE OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR. 
THIS INTENSITY OF RAINFALL WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
