THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BUTLER COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 715 AM CDT

* RADAR INDICATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS LIKELY FALLEN AS OF 
  115 AM.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...ROADS AND AREAS WITH POOR
DRAINAGE. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT...WHEN IT IS HARDER TO
RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING
IS OBSERVED... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
