THE HOUSTON/GALVESTON NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JACKSON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 755 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL 
  CONTINUING TO PUSH INTO JACKSON COUNTY FROM THE SOUTHWEST. RADAR   
  INDICATES THAT JACKSON COUNTY HAS RECEIVED 2 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN   
  DURING THE LAST 4 HOURS. AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS    
  LIKELY IN THE NEXT 3 HOURS WHICH WILL CAUSE FLOODING ON            
  AREA ROADWAYS.
