  NORTH AND EAST HAWAII
  INCLUDING THE KOHALA HAMAKUA HILO AND PUNA DISTRICTS

* AT 230 AM HST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER THE EAST 
  SIDE OF THE BIG ISLAND

* THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING REPLACES THE FLOOD STATEMENT FOR THE SAME

EITHER ON FOOT OR IN YOUR VEHICLE. DO NOT CAMP NEAR STREAMS OR OTHER 
AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
