  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL. THE STORM
  WAS LOCATED 9 MILES WEST OF ELLISON BAY. THAT PLACES IT 23 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF MARINETTE. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.
