* UNTIL 500 PM CDT

* AT 418 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG WINDS AND HAIL. THE STORM WAS
  LOCATED 6 MILES SOUTH OF PHELPS. THAT PLACES IT 9 MILES NORTHEAST
  OF EAGLE RIVER. IT WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
