* AT 608 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG WINDS AND HAIL. THE STORM WAS
  LOCATED NEAR FLINTVILLE. THAT PLACES IT 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF GREEN
  BAY. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.
