  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH STRONG WINDS AND HAIL. THE LINE
  WAS LOCATED FROM 13 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MANITOWOC COUNTY TO
  SOUTHWESTERN MANITOWOC COUNTY. THE LINE WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
