* AT 913 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH STRONG WINDS AND HAIL. THE LINE
  WAS LOCATED FROM 19 MILES NORTHWEST OF MANITOWOC TO 31 MILES WEST
  OF MANITOWOC. THE LINE WAS MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.
