THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GOODLAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RED WILLOW COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 917 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL REDEVELOPING FROM 5 MILES SOUTHWEST  
  OF MCCOOK TO INDIANOLA. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10   
  MPH. 

* SOME LOCATIONS INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING ARE...BARTLEY...INDIANOLA
  AND MCCOOK.

DOPPLER RADAR PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT MORE THAN 3 
INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE FALLEN OVER MUCH OF THIS AREA OVER THE PAST 
SEVERAL OF HOURS. WITH ADDITIONAL STORMS DEVELOPING AND MOVING 
THROUGH THIS AREA FLASH FLOODING WILL BECOME MORE LIKELY.
