LOGAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT * AT 755 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY. ONE SPOTTER IN OAKLEY HAS REPORTED AN INCH OF RAINFALL ALREADY. ANOTHER SPOTTER REPORTED THAT WATER WAS STARTING TO POND IN YARDS. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED IN THIS AREA. * SOME LOCATIONS INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING ARE...MONUMENT AND RUSSELL SPRINGS.
