* AT 754 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION AND POTENTIAL TORNADO 7
  MILES NORTHEAST OF RIVERDALE...OR ABOUT 12 MILES NORTH OF          
  KEARNEY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS SEVERE STORM COULD      
  PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
