* AT 234 PM CST...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH   
FLOODING OVER COLLIN COUNTY. DALLAS COUNTY IS ALSO RECEIVING VERY 
HEAVY RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR...WHICH WILL MOST 
LIKELY RUN OFF AND FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS SUCH AS DRAINAGE 
AREAS...UNDERPASSES...CREEKS AND STREAMS IN THE AREA.
