* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
DENTON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS
TARRANT COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS
* UNTIL 930 PM CDT.
* AT 736 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAIN OVER TARRANT AND DENTON COUNTIES...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
THIS RAIN IS FALLING OVER SATURATED GROUND WHICH CANNOT HOLD ANY
MORE WATER AND THEREBY CONTRIBUTE DIRECTLY TO FLASH FLOODING.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
