  MINNEHAHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 345 AM CDT

* AT 312 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER HARRISBURG...OR ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTH OF
  SIOUX FALLS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  ADDITIONAL STRONG
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED IN A LINE FROM HARRISBURG TO WESTERN
  SIOUX FALLS TO COLTON.  THESE STORMS ARE ALSO CAPABLE OF STRENGTHENING
  AND PRODUCING LARGE HAIL.
