THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN LYON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA
  NORTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 228 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OF TWO TO THREE
  INCHES IN THE PAST HOUR NORTH OF A LINE FROM TAUNTON TO GREEN
  VALLEY.  THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE CONTINUING TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL
  NEAR COTTONWOOD...AND WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH...AND SHOULD EXIT
  THE REGION BY 300 PM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
