THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWEST WOODBURY COUNTY IN NORTHWEST IOWA
  NORTHERN DAKOTA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA
  SOUTHERN UNION COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* AT 734 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM SIOUX CITY 
WEST INTO NORTHERN DAKOTA AND SOUTHERN UNION COUNTIES. THE STORMS 
WERE MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. AT 735 PM CDT...2.35 INCHES OF RAIN FELL 
IN ONE HOUR AT DAKOTA DUNES.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
