THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PIPESTONE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1153 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED
  AREA.  UP TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN AT THE PIPESTONE
  AIRPORT SINCE 1030 PM.  THUNDERSTORMS WERE CONTINUING TO MOVE INTO
  PIPESTONE COUNTY FROM THE SOUTHWEST...ADDING TO THE ALREADY HIGH
  RAINFALL TOTALS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
