  UNION COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA

VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING OVER THE WARNED AREA. RADAR 
RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 5 INCHES RAIN HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED AND 
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS ARE POSSIBLE FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
