THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED THE 

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL COCONINO COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ARIZONA

* UNTIL 1100 PM MST (MIDNIGHT MDT)

* AT 600 PM MST (700 PM MDT)...LOCAL EMERGENCY OFFICIALS IN TUBA 
  CITY REPORTED THE DIKE ON DODSON RESERVOIR IN TUBA CITY WAS STABLE 
  AND WATER LEVELS WERE RECEDING SLIGHTLY. HOWEVER...OTHER EARTHEN
  DIKES IN THE AREA...INCLUDING THE DIKE AT MOENAVE RESERVOIR...     
  WERE CONSIDERED UNSTABLE. IF THE DIKE AT MOENAVE RESERVOIR
  FAILS...LOCATIONS DOWNSTREAM WOULD EXPERIENCE IMMEDIATE            
  FLOODING. ONLY ISOLATED LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE
  AREA TONIGHT.
