* AT 117 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION OVER EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN
  GRIGGS COUNTY...OR ABOUT 29 MILES NORTH OF VALLEY CITY...MOVEMENT
