* AT 314 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 4 MILES WEST OF NARY...OR
  ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTH OF BEMIDJI...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 40
