* AT 720 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 19 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  LAWNDALE...OR ABOUT 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF WAHPETON...MOVEMENT WAS
  TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
