* AT 957 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NEW ROCKFORD...OR ABOUT
  42 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DEVILS LAKE...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST
  AT 50 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
