* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  NORTHERN GRAND FORKS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND     
  EASTERN WALSH COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 100 AM CDT.

* AT 656 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED      
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE TO THE 
  NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. 

* LOCATIONS WHICH WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN INCLUDE         
  MINTO...JOHNSTOWN...OAKWOOD...WARSAW AND POLAND. NATIONAL       
  WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO 
  INCHES PER HOUR HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA. ADDITIONAL       
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.
