THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  SOUTHERN CLAY COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* UNTIL 100 AM CDT.

* AT 705 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE...MOVEMENT WAS TO
  THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* GLYNDON...SABIN...ROLLAG...MUSKODA AND HAWLEY WILL BE AFFECTED BY 
  THE HEAVY RAIN. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF 
  RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE WARNING AREA SINCE 600 PM...WITH 
  THUNDERSTORMS REDEVELOPING IN SOUTHWEST CLAY COUNTY.
