THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  SOUTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  SARGENT COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT.

* AT 1019 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE HAVANA 
  AND LAKE TEWAUKON AREA...MOVEMENT WAS TO  THE EAST AT 15 MPH.

* MILNOR...GWINNER...FORMAN...HANKINSON AND WYNDMERE WILL BE AFFECTED
  BY THE HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR WILL 
  OCCUR IN THE RUTLAND...LAKE TEWAUKON...LAKE ELSIE...GENESEO AND 
  FAIRMOUNT AREAS THROUGH AT LEAST MIDNIGHT. AT 1025 PM THE 
  COOPERATIVE OBSERVER IN HAVANA REPORTED 2.51 INCHES FELL BETWEEN 
  900 AND 1000 PM CDT.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
FLOAT MOST CARS DOWNSTREAM.
