* AT 939 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF BATHGATE TO GARDAR...OR ALONG A
  LINE EXTENDING FROM 38 MILES NORTH OF GRAFTON TO 25 MILES NORTHWEST
  OF GRAFTON...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
