* AT 803 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER ZEBULON THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY
  STATIONARY.

* LOCATIONS IN OR NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE...CONCORD...   
  MEANSVILLE AND ZEBULON.

HAIL TO THE SIZE OF DIMES AND WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED IN
