VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL CHATTOOGA COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 
15 TO 20 MPH. OTHER THUNDERSTORMS OVER DEKALB COUNTY IN ALABAMA WILL 
MOVE OVER CHATTOOGA COUNTY THROUGH 1100 PM...DROPPING AN ADDITIONAL
