* AT 543 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG SIGNS OF A TORNADO IS 9 MILES EAST OF
  BRACKETTVILLE...OR ABOUT 30 MILES WEST OF UVALDE...MOVING EAST
  AT 25 MPH.

* THE TORNADO PRODUCING STORM WILL MOVE EAST ALONG HIGHWAY 90.
