  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER DEL RIO MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 20 MPH.
  WIND GUSTS NEAR 60 MPH WERE REPORTED AT THE DEL RIO AIRPORT AS THIS
  STORM PASSED.
