THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  VAL VERDE

* UNTIL 345 PM CST

* AT 251 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS NORTHWEST OF LOMA ALTA AND ANOTHER APPROACHING 
THE RIO GRANDE NEAR LAKE AMISTAD.  BOTH STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST 
AT 20 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT VAL VERDE COUNTY 
EAST OF HIGHWAY 163 THROUGH 245 PM.  HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS ARE 
POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
