THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BASTROP

* UNTIL 915 PM CST

* AT 615 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR VERY HEAVY RAIN 
ASSOCIATED WITH A NEARLY STATIONARY LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WEST OF 
BASTROP AND STRETCHING FROM SOUTHWEST OF CEDAR CREEK TO ELGIN.   

* EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THIS AREA AS THUNDERSTORMS 
SPREAD TO THE REST OF THE COUNTY.  

RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE AND ONE HALF TO TWO INCHES HAVE ALREADY 
FALLEN IN THIS NARROW AREA.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO 
TWO INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH 9 PM.  STRONG WINDS AND HAIL ARE 
ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS.
