* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

* AT 316 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  ASSOCIATED WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35   
  MPH ACROSS BEXAR COUNTY...WITH MORE ON THE WAY FROM FRIO AND       
  ATASCOSA COUNTIES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
