* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

* UNTIL 315 PM CST

* AT 1212 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN 
FROM SAN MARCOS TO AUSTIN...TRAINING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND 
STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND 
FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING 
AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.

WITH SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS PARTS OF 
BASTROP...CALDWELL...FAYETTE...HAYS...LEE...AND TRAVIS 
COUNTIES.

THESE RAINS WILL CONTINUE THE NEXT FEW HOURS...WITH LOCALLY HEAVY 
RAIN POSSIBLE...MAKING FOR A DAMP AND COLD AFTERNOON.  THIS WILL 
CAUSE FLOODING ON STREETS AND ROADS IN LOW LYING AREAS...LOW WATER 
CROSSINGS...AND ALONG CREEKS...STREAMS AND RIVERS.

VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO
