THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  WILSON
  ATASCOSA
  KARNES
  FRIO
  ZAVALA
  DIMMIT

* UNTIL 900 AM CDT

* AT 555 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS
  AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS OCCURRING ACROSS 
  THE COUNTIES EFFECTED. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES
  AN HOURS ARE OCCURRING. MOVEMENT IS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS...STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND COUNTRY ROADS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED 
QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
