THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  LLANO

* UNTIL 715 PM CDT

* AT 518 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  FROM A HEAVY THUNDERSTORM OVER LLANO COUNTY NEAR VALLEY            
  SPRING...MOVING VERY LITTLE.   RADAR ESTIMATES OF UP TO TWO INCHES 
  OF RAIN PER HOUR FALLING FROM THIS STORM.
 
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND
ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
